For standard 2-3 hour business location photoshoots, you'll receive 20-25 professionally edited images within 7-10 business days of the shoot.
For other types of photoshoots, turnaround times are customized based on your specific needs and the scope of the project. I'll always discuss timeline expectations upfront so you know exactly when to expect your final images.

Personal Presentation
Take time to think about how you want your business to be perceived by your audience. Dress professionally while staying true to your business's personality and brand. For solo business owners, choose attire that reflects both your professionalism and authentic self. I recommend bringing a backup outfit option to give us flexibility during the shoot.
Location Options
We have several great options for your photoshoot location. We can shoot at your business location to showcase your workspace and environment. We can also explore iconic Door County landmarks that align with your brand, or choose your favorite local spot that tells your story, whether it's a scenic overlook, a charming village street, or a hidden gem. Consider seasonal locations that showcase Door County's natural beauty, such as cherry blossoms in spring or vibrant fall colors.
Business Preparation
If we're photographing at your business location, clean and organize the shooting space beforehand. Gather any products, tools, or props that represent your work and have your business logo, signage, or branded materials ready if they'll be featured in the photos. Make a list of specific shots you need for your website, social media, or marketing materials so we can ensure we capture everything you need.
For Team Photos

What happens if there are delays?
One-time delay allowed for any reason
Projects with no progress beyond a 2-week delay will be notified
If delays continue, a $1,000 late fee applies and must be paid before work resumes
Late fee covers my continued time and design work when projects extend past the scheduled 8-12 week timeline
Delays include: late content delivery, missed feedback deadlines, extended periods without communication, multiple appointment rescheduling, or any other client-made delays past 2 weeks of no progress that Karrels Design determines apply to this policy
